Hate Groups Alive and Well in 2023
Wondering about the question of hate groups on Substack, I searched on the topic and came across an article by Substack writer Linda Caroll. It was posted on Dec 15, 2023 just several weeks after Atlantic published "Substack Has A Nazi Problem" by Jonathan M. Katz (Nov 28, 2023). Caroll's article "Does Substack Have a Nazi Problem?" explores the subject in depth, and explains how a number of prominent Substack writers left the platform around that time for just this reason.
Linda Caroll Asks Good Questions
Her article is well written and useful for its summary of the topic, I recommend you read it. She asks important pointed questions, such as where do writers go if they do not want to share a platform with avowed Nazi sympathizers?
